So, I need your help, I followed your guide TO THE LETTER...minus the thermo paste...had none on hand at the time, but it doesn't look bad, I could replace it no issue...if that's my problem. My problem, my ps4 won't turn on. When I try to I get 3 long beeps and a pulsing blue light then it powers down. The disc drive takes and ejects the CD and the controller and power button both have the same result. The only thing I've noticed is the MB doesn't match up perfectly for some reason. The pegs align and most of the holes line up but the ones around the thermopaste spot do not so I have 8 Phillips screws remain and 2 torx screws. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for making this video. I've had mine since 2016 and haven't replaced the thermal paste yet. Would you mind posting links for the pads that you used. I would also like to find a single use thermal paste clean/replacement kit because I don't need everything in the tube for a one-time job. Also, I would like to disconnect the LED lighting if I do this. Not sure if that's possible with the wiring configuration....

Yo I just did this with the 1070 in my gfs PC. Awesome! dropped 5 degrees but more importantly in the AUTO fan mode we dropped from 60% to 52% with 20 minute stress test when the cooler is saturated. Less noise from my gfs PC

making fool i have seen your earlier video also and this one too and every time u tricked by not showing actual thing. in ifttt u written shutdown sequence and in google assist u r using turn of my pc. i did exact same but and google assist is saying cant load status. better make a clean video in which practically do each and every thing so a person who is not a computer geek can also understand and can do. you r skiping video in between

Removing the power supply/hard drive and a few screws/disconnect wires on the other side. The "Entire" motherboard with both metal panels wiggle out at an angle without needing to take it all apart. You won't have to repaste or anything. : ) Just found this out.

Thanks for the guide, but i must say it was just ok. Missing the informations how these different tools are connected and what words or what fields are the triggers. Bad is, that you show just a millisecond on what screen you are or what you just press on that screen especially when you show us something on the phone. 2:49 a fraction of a second what you typed into that ifttt field. And at 4:10 you say the trigger is for you is "activate" followed by your pc, but you wrote something completely different on the phone screen. And even before that you wrote something different again "Push2Run The Beast". its sooo confusing!

Your PC can be turned on via wake on LAN - even from an off state, but you need to disable fast boot/fast startup.

That's really useful, but it seems the IFTTT needs a pro account to proceed. But actually we can directly use any browser to open the link generated by webhook to trigger on the PC without IFTTT. Just save the link as a bookmark/icon and click it.

Looks more like a documentary than an actual assembly. Lots of video scenes are not clear like wi-fi Bluetooth wires, improper angle during disassembly

I am considering if i need to reapply thermal paste after using it for 10 years, does it improve performance? I've never done anything like that so i don't know if and what to buy for paste, how much i need to apply and is it necessary to clean it with alcohol because i don't have that.

I would say the power supply cable is not difficult to remove their is a technique that requires very little force. The connector sits in a U shaped housing that is attached to the mother board of you look closely you can see a notch mid way up the connector you can wedge in the needle tips of the tweezers and use a fulcrum style rocking motion and it separates pretty easy. This is the most damaged part in a previous repaired ps4pro and the cause of many dead systems as people rip the receptor right off the motherboard
